Group Matwork Classes
 

Classes work out as £12 per class.  And the classes run in termly blocks to match the school terms usually between 5 and 8 weeks per block, these are payable upfront for the whole term block and payment is due at the beginning of each block. (payment plans are available – please do ask)

I supply all the kit so you just need to bring yourself and a mat if you have one,  (if you don’t please let me know and I will provide one for you!)  and wear comfortable clothes (leggings, t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms etc)  we do Pilates in bare feet or socks.  Please do not wear overly baggy clothes as I need to see the alignment of your body as you move.
